Advisory, and only advisory

What is offered here is professional advice on health and safety, environment, risk, business continuity and management systems. It is not legal advice, not engineering approval, not medical advice, and not an insurance or regulatory determination. Where a matter needs any of those, the right answer is to say so and point you to someone qualified to give it.

Decisions remain yours. An adviser can tell you what a standard requires, what a risk assessment shows and what a system is missing. Whether to accept a risk, stop an operation or spend money on a control is a decision for the organisation that carries the consequence.

We do not certify, and we cannot

This practice is not a certification body and holds no accreditation to award ISO or any other certificate. It prepares organisations for certification and audits them internally. The certificate itself comes from an accredited body, and no consultant who helped build a system may also certify it. Any wording on this site that reads otherwise is an error and should be reported.

Past results are records, not promises

Figures published on this site describe engagements that happened, in the conditions that existed, with the client involvement those engagements had. They are offered so you can judge the work, not as a forecast of what would happen at your site. No outcome is guaranteed, and any consultant who guarantees one is telling you something they cannot know.

The service finder searches this catalogue and nothing else. It is not an adviser, it has no knowledge of your situation, and when it has no good match it says so rather than guessing. Any assistant published here in future will answer from a source it names, will refuse where it has no source, and will offer a person instead. Whatever it says is general professional information, never advice on your specific case.
