What this site collects, why, where it goes, and how long it stays. It is short because the site collects very little.

Who is responsible
AB Integrated Consultations is a practice operated by Abdelrahman Bakry. It is not yet a registered company, so responsibility for the information described here rests with him personally rather than with a legal entity. This page will name the entity when one exists.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests go to hello@abintegrated.com and are answered by a person.
What the site itself collects
One cookie, named abic_locale. It records whether you chose Arabic or English so the site does not ask again, it lasts a year, and it identifies nothing about you. It is set by this site and read by nobody else.
Since 6 November 2026 the site counts page views, using Vercel Web Analytics — the same company that hosts it. It records which page was opened, which site you arrived from, and a country, and it sets no cookie, builds no profile, and cannot follow you to any other site. We see totals, never an individual visit. There is still no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recording. The script is served from this site’s own address, as are the typefaces, so your browser contacts no other company while you read.
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period as part of running the service. That is the ordinary operation of any website and we do not read them for any purpose of our own.
What practitioners send us
The practitioner registration form asks for a name, a job title, an email address, a current employer, sectors, and the certificates you hold with their issuing bodies and years. It asks separately what you agree to have published. Nothing on it is required beyond what appears on the page.
The form takes no files. That is deliberate: certificates carry national ID numbers, and we would rather not hold documents like that in a web system. Certificates and photographs reach us by email instead, and are held in the practice mailbox.
A submission is not stored on this platform at all. It is delivered to the owner — by email, and as an entry in a private code repository — and the site keeps no copy. Approved details become part of the published register, which is a file in that repository.
Why, and on what basis
To consider whether to list you, to check your credentials against the certificates you send, and to publish the listing if you agree to it. Publication happens on your consent and nothing else — recorded, dated, and quoted rather than summarised.
Enquiries sent by email or WhatsApp are used to answer the enquiry and, if it leads to work, to carry out that work.
Who else can see it
Only the service providers that carry the message: Microsoft, which hosts the mailbox; GitHub, which hosts the private repository; Vercel, which hosts this site; and the email delivery service that carries a submission notice. None of them is given the information for any purpose of their own, and nothing is sold, shared or transferred to anyone else.
These providers operate outside Saudi Arabia. If you would rather your documents did not leave a particular country, say so before sending them and we will find another way.
How long it is kept
A submission is kept while it is being considered, and while any listing arising from it is published. Certificates are kept while the credentials they support are published, because a published claim needs its evidence to remain checkable. If a listing is removed, the documents behind it are deleted.
Your rights, in practice
Ask what is held about you and you will be told. Ask for a correction and it is corrected. Ask for anything to be removed and it is removed, without discussion and without being asked why. This is the same promise the registration form makes, and it is repeated here so it is not only a sentence on a form.
Withdrawing consent does not undo what was already published while it stood, but it stops publication from that point and the material comes down.
