Why organisations call

Six situations we are usually called into

Not a list of what we sell. The six sentences clients actually say when they get in touch — and what each one usually turns out to be underneath.

If none of these is your situation, the catalogue is organised by discipline instead. View all services

From challenge to measurable improvement.

  1. 01

    Understand

Your operation, its context and the business objectives behind it.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Identify the gaps, risks and weaknesses, and where improvement is worth the effort.

  3. 03

    Design

Practical systems and an implementation plan that fits the operation as it runs.

  4. 04

    Implement

Support your people in putting the system into operation, not into a folder.

  5. 05

    Measure

Track performance through indicators, audits and management review.

  6. 06

    Improve

Change the system on the evidence it produces, and on what went wrong.

Digital transformation

From paperwork to operational intelligence.

Your HSE and risk data already exists. It sits in spreadsheets, inspection forms and inboxes, and it reaches management after the moment to act has passed. The work is turning it into connected workflows, dashboards that answer a question, and decisions made while they still change something.

Professional network

The right expertise for the right challenge.

Some challenges need a particular specialism. The register is open to consultants, trainers and auditors — and every credential is read off its certificate before it appears, which is slower than a sign-up form and is the entire point.

Apply to be listed

The rule

Advisory grounded in verified practice.

Every claim on this site traces to a document somebody has read. A credential appears with its issuing body and its year or it does not appear. A service is offered because the work behind it was performed, not because a category looked empty. A colleague is named only after they have agreed in writing.

The rule costs something, which is how you know it is real. Two of the founder’s own credentials were taken off this page for want of a year, and put back when the year arrived. And photographs are absent from 0 of the colleagues’ profiles on the team page, because agreeing to be listed is not agreeing to a likeness.

The record

Every figure is drawn from documented work, with the client named where the result is theirs.

The platform

6 parts of one practice

Advisory work produces material. That material becomes training, dashboards and applications, then packaged products, then a knowledge base — and the assistant answers from it. Each stage feeds the next.

Nothing here is described as further along than it is. Advisory and training are built and have been delivered before; they are not open to new clients while a regulatory step is outstanding, and this line will change the day it clears. The packaged products, the knowledge base and the assistant do not exist yet and are named so you can hold us to them.

AI assistant

In development

A professional assistant that shows its sources.

Not a general chatbot. A grounded assistant over a curated HSE, risk and continuity knowledge base, built so that a wrong answer is harder to produce than no answer.

The kind of question it is being built to answer

  • How do I build a project risk register that people actually maintain?
  • What is the difference between RTO and RPO?
  • What does ISO 45001 actually require for worker participation?
  • How do I assess risk for a critical lift on a live site?
  • Which continuity strategy fits a single-site manufacturing plant?

How it is designed

  • Every answer cites the source it came from.
  • Saudi regulatory questions answer from a human-verified register, or not at all.
  • It refuses when the evidence is not there. A refusal is a correct answer.
  • It hands over to a consultant when the question needs one.

Output is general professional information, not advice on a specific case.

What is live now

A first version is live. It answers from the service catalogue, links to the page each answer came from, and declines everything else. What it does not have yet is the knowledge base described here — including the human-verified Saudi regulatory register — which is why the label above still reads as it does.

AdnanAI assistantAnswers from this site’s catalogue only. No advice on a specific case, and it hands over to a person when the question needs one.

In this profession the work is a trust. A hazard missed is not a paperwork failure.

Forty-five minutes is usually enough to tell which one it is.

Six questions, and you leave with a short gap list ranked by exposure — including what you can close yourselves, written out. No charge, and no proposal unless you ask for one.
